CARDIO KICK = This cardio workout is a fiercely energetic program inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciples such as karate, boxing, tae kwondo, tai chi, and muay thai.
Classes: Monday, July 23 @ 6am AND Tuesday, July 24 @ 6:30 pm
CARDIO BLAST = A sports inspired cardio class is designed to build strength and stamina. This high energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.

CARDIO DANCE = Cardio dance is a workout where you are free to enjoy the addictive fusion of the latest dance styles and hottest new sounds that puts the emphasis as much on having fun as on breaking a sweat!!
