Our fitness programming is expanding! Foreside Fitness recently welcomed Seth Goodman & Jameson Skillings to our talented personal training team.
Seth developed our new Fit To Hit tennis conditioning program. He is currently offering a Holiday Group Training Special which includes Functional Movement Screening and the option to customize workouts for your goals or sport: SKIERS take note!!
Jameson brings his comprehensive Nutrition Coaching program to Foreside Fitness and it’s available online or by appointment with him! He also leads an evening cycle class in our growing bike program. Members can book training with Jameson during early morning or evening hours.
