A FREE equipment orientation with one of our Certified Personal Trainers is offered to all new Club members at time of initial membership (advance appointment required).

Our highly qualified Personal Trainers are nationally accredited and certified and / or have degrees or graduate degrees in Exercise Science and Health and Fitness.
