Body Work: An exhilarating class geared to strengthen and tone you head to toe using weights, bands, tubing, stability balls and more.
Core+Cardio: This class is designed to build strength, enhance function and increase flexibility of the core muscles. Stability balls and weights will be used for the exercises and drills in this workout. Expect to see improvement in your overall strength, agility and balance while greatly reducing your susceptibility to injury.
Interval Training: A class that incorporates step with intervals of plyometric, athletic drills and hand weight segments. This class is great for everyone ranging from the beginner to the seasoned athlete. Modifications are shown for people who desire less intensity and proper form is always emphasized. Each class will also include abdominal work and a proper cool down.
Step & Abs: A class geared toward the more intermediate and advanced “steppers”. These classes will be more choreographed and quicker paced. Abdominal work follows.
Step & Sculpt: Get a full-body workout with this combination class of step aerobics and resistance training using a variety of equipment.
X-Biking®: The X-Bike® is an indoor cycle that allows the rider to functionally engage the upper body and core musculature while the legs do the pedaling. The exercise offers enhanced total-body fitness benefits while bringing the natural movements of outdoor cycling indoors.
This is truly an outdoor bike ride burning 55% more calories than other cycling classes. On average, a 30-minute ride burns 500 calories.
Yoga: The regular practice of yoga has been shown to produce physical benefits including reduced anxiety, stress and blood pressure levels, and increased relaxation, flexibility, strength, endurance and energy levels. Yoga blocks, straps and cushions are used. Neila teaches yoga influenced by Kripalu, Iyengar and Anusara traditions. It is recommended to bring your own eye pillow/eye mask to each class.
Senior FIT: This class takes Strength Training to a new level. Moderate intensity cardio and resistance training for the intermediate to advanced senior.
ZUMBA: Exercise in disguise! This class is a combination of EASY TO FOLLOW Latin dance, American Hip Hop, Reggeaton, Cumbia and more making this fun Aerobics Class a fun-filled party! You’ll burn between 500 and 700 calories in the hour! It’s a do-not-miss-out kind of a class.
ZUMBA Toning: Is ZUMBA with weights. We supply you with the fun ZUMBA Toning sticks and the music, you supply the fun! This class will change your body, mind AND spirit! That’s how much fun you’ll have with us in this class.
Boot Camp: Boot camp workouts are efficient because they work your entire body -heart and muscles- by moving from one exercise to another with no rest. The work outs utilize calisthenics like push-ups, jumping jacks, crunches and other body weight exercises…the difference lies in the intensity. Push yourself and burn calories like crazy.
Pedal & Kettle: This is our Xbiking class with an added bonus! Xbiking is 30 minutes followed by 30 minutes of a kettle bell workout in the Aerobics Studio! Cardio and weights in one class. How can you lose?
X-Core: This hour long class consists of 45 minutes of Xbiking and 15 minutes of abdominal work!
Hard Core: This class is held in the Aerobics Studio and is 30 minutes of core! Come work your abs, back, obliques and more!
Yoga/Pilates Fusion: A meld of two of the most popular and beneficial fitness classes we offer. Reap the core strengthening benefits of Pilates and the mind/ body balance of yoga in one class!!!!!
Please be sure to wear proper footwear during classes and bring a full water bottle to each class for hydration.
