Neila Smith

Neila Smith brings a deep understanding and respect for anatomy and physiology to her classes. 40 years of practice in yoga and 20 years as an aerobics and strength trainer, Neila is a certified yoga instructor who teaches a practice influenced by Kripalu and Anusara traditions. Her aerobics and strength training started 30 years ago at USM. She taught at Club Med for 4 seasons before bringing her heart and humor back to Maine
