We are committed to helping our clients pursue their fitness goals while providing expert training, motivation and safety in a balanced exercise, strength/conditioning and nutritional program.

Each member of the personal training staff at Foreside Fitness and Tennis is
Nationally Certified and/or has a degree in the field.

- The Aerobics and Fitness Association of America

$60 per hour. Partner and small group rates are available.
