Joe is a problem solver. He likes the challenge of figuring out what is causing recurring injuries and has helped many people rehabilitate after injuries and surgeries. For weight loss, he helps people find what triggers are keeping each person in their eating habits and helps them overcome them and make changes.
Joe has been an athlete all of his life and loves helping athletes improve their game. He helps them find their weaknesses and turn them into strengths for big performance gains in a relatively short time – especially rotational sports like tennis, lacrosse, and golf.
Joe is getting a Masters Degree in Health Care Management and attends national fitness seminars annually. He is a triathlete and a marathoner.
