BODYPUMP: A 60-minute workout that challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like Squats, Presses, Lift and Curls all using a 5# barbell and weight plates.
Fit 4 All: A class geared toward the older adult and for people new to exercise and resistance training. The class includes ½ hour of cardio and ½ hour of strength training. This class will help strengthen your muscles, increase cardiovascular endurance and improve functional strength, agility, and balance.
Spin: A heart-pumping ride! Follow the instructor’s guidance and cycle along to the music on one of our state-of-the-art spin bikes! A great cardio, leg & core workout.
Step ‘N Abs: A fun, invigorating step class using the original STEP followed by a challenging abdominal workout.
Super Step: The ultimate step class that uses great music and choreography to get your heart pounding while having a blast doing it!!!
Yin Yoga: A Yin yoga class usually consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer.
Yoga: The regular practice of yoga has been shown to produce physical benefits including reduced anxiety, stress and blood pressure levels, and increased relaxation, flexibility, strength, endurance and energy levels. Yoga blocks, straps and cushions are used. Neila teaches yoga influenced by Kripalu, Iyengar and Anusara traditions. It is recommended to bring your own eye pillow/eye mask to each class.
Yoga/Pilates Fusion: The program combines the best of yoga and Pilates choreographed to music and focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine.
Please be sure to wear proper footwear during classes and bring a full water bottle to each class for hydration.
