Foreside Fitness & Tennis offers a Personal Training experience that is custom designed to meet the needs and goals of the individual client. We deliver the highest quality programming in our world class facility utilizing state of the art cardiovascular and strength training equipment.

We are dedicated to the fitness and health of each client, providing specific planning using modern techniques, delivered with a positive attitude. Our highly qualified Personal Trainers are nationally accredited and certified and / or have degrees or graduate degrees in Exercise Science and Health and Fitness.

Our nationally accredited personal trainers provide custom designed one-on-one exercise programs to help our clients attain their individual fitness goals. Whether you are training for a specific sport or event, recovering from an injury-surgery, or just trying to improve overall fitness and functionality, our personal trainers are here to support and motivate you.

Rates

A FREE equipment orientation with one of our Certified Personal Trainers is offered to all new Club members at time of initial membership (advance appointment required). Private Personal Training Sessions: $55 – $75/hr Group rates are available on request
