Barre Fitness: Whatever your current fitness level, Barre Fitness classes can help you strengthen and lengthen your muscles.  Barre Fitness combines the principles of Pilates, Yoga, and Sports Conditioning in a high-energy but low impact interval workout.  You will burn calories while sculpting the core, seat, thighs, and arms using small weights, a ballet barre, and your own body weight.  This is a fun and effective workout appropriate for all ages and fitness levels!

BODYPUMP™: A 60-minute workout that challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like Squats, Presses, Lift and Curls all using a 5# barbell and weight plates.

BLAST: A one hour class designed for all ability levels that consists of weighted/body weight muscle work, core work, and cardio conditioning (running, agility, and plyometrics with low impact options)

Biking®: The X-Bike® is an indoor cycle that allows the rider to functionally engage the upper body and core musculature while the legs do the pedaling. The exercise offers enhanced total-body fitness benefits while bringing the natural movements of outdoor cycling indoors. This is truly an outdoor bike ride burning 55% more calories than other cycling classes.  On average, a 30-minute ride burns 500 calories

Bike and Core: A 30-minute “spin” bike class followed by core and stretch.

Cardio Blast:  Cardio Blast is 60 minutes of floor cardio training. Your heart will pound as you improve your fitness stamina, agility, coordination, and strength! Inspired by athletic movements, functional integrated exercises, sports drills, running, lunging, jumping, pushups, and squats; you’ll move like an athlete in training. Cardio Blast is a whole-body workout that burns calories while toning and shaping.  Get quicker in everything you do. This class is for all fitness levels – modify the workout to your current level with low impact options.

Circuit Bootcamp: Total body workout including cardio, muscular endurance, fat loss, weight loss, strength, agility, balance and flexibility. .

Circuit Step: Rev up your metabolism through this high-intensity combination of step aerobics and weight training. Geared toward the experienced stepper, it can still be taken by individuals at any level since modifications are offered throughout the class.

Gotta Dance: Let your inhibitions out and join in this fun dance class using a variety of dance moves from Hip Hop to Latin.   Don’t be shy!!

HIIT Biking: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a form of cardio that alternates between high intensity and low intensity and usually involves a very difficult pace for 30-90 seconds followed by a rest for double that time, allowing you to burn more calories long after the workout is over!! The 30 minute bike class incorporates a 5 minute warm-up and cool down with 20 minutes of intervals.  Bring logs of water and get ready to sweat!!

Power Boot Camp: Total body, total fun workout! Boot Camp focuses on full body fitness including cardio and muscular endurance, fat loss and weight loss, strength, agility, balance and flexibility.  Boot Camp gets results!  It is challenging for everyone no matter what the ability level, modifications can be made.

PowerCycle: A 10-minute warm up followed by 30 minutes of high intensity biking; finishing with a challenging core and mobility workout. A great class for all fitness levels.

Pump & Pedal: Get the best of both worlds!!  30 minutes of upper body BodyPump followed by 25 minutes of biking!

Punch & Crunch: A 60-minute cardio core class. The first 30 minutes focuses on cardio using boxing and martial arts moves for upper & lower body training. Core conditioning follows as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. Some hip, butt and lower back exercises are also incorporated.

Senior FIT: A class geared toward the older adult and for people new to exercise and resistance training.  The class includes ½ hour of cardio and ½ hour of strength training.  This class will help strengthen your muscles, increase cardiovascular endurance and improve functional strength, agility, and balance.

Slow Flow Yoga: This style usually provides poses that range from gentle to challenging, but done with stable, self-centering energy. The pace of these classes is understandably slower and emphasis is placed on safe alignment and maintaining balance of the slow breathing.

Step ‘N Abs: A fun, invigorating step class using the original STEP followed by a challenging abdominal workout.

STRONG: A challenging way to increase anyone’s fitness level, using science-based, cutting edge, high intensity, full body training methods with a (Zumba) twist. It brings together elements of body weight training, resistance style, muscle and cardio training.

Super Step: The ultimate step class that uses great music and choreography to get your heart pounding while having a blast doing it!!!

Video Biking: Participants will bike while watching a video on a large screen.  We will visit various European countries, as well as, states throughout the US.  The instructor will guide your ride while increasing intensity with various challenges, along the way.

Yang 24 Tai Chi: Beginner / Intermediate in one class – Geared for all levels and abilities! 10-10:30 Beginner TC and Intermediate warmup: Chris will teach individual moves as well as the underlying principles that drive the benefits.  Beginners are welcome to stay for the entire class or observe. 10:30-10:55 Combine postures in a moving flow.  Participants will be able to actively feel the stress reducing benefits, enhanced mental focus, and increased flexibility, balance and agility.  Please choose footwear for your comfort: sox, bare feet, Tai Chi slippers, or sneakers.

Yin Yoga:  A Yin yoga class usually consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer.

Yoga: The regular practice of yoga has been shown to produce physical benefits including reduced anxiety, stress and blood pressure levels, and increased relaxation, flexibility, strength, endurance and energy levels.  Yoga blocks, straps and cushions are used.  Neila teaches yoga influenced by Kripalu, Iyengar and Anusara traditions.  It is recommended to bring your own eye pillow/eye mask to each class.

Yoga/Pilates Fusion: The program combines the best of yoga and Pilates choreographed to music and focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine.

Zumba: Latin inspired, Zumba dance class are based on the following dance styles:  cumbia, salsa, merengue, mambo & flamenco.  Zumba offers different options, and it is safe for all ages from 1-100.

Please be sure to wear proper footwear during classes and bring a full water bottle to each class for hydration.
