Group Exercise Class Announcments

Please note the following changes that will be made to our Group Exercise Class Schedule:

  • New HIIT Bike Class with Julia, Thursdays at 4:45-5:15 p.m.Beginning 09/08/2016

  • Power Bootcamp with Jen Annis, Wednesdays at 5:30-6:30 p.m. (NEW TIME) – Returning on 10/05/2016

  • Circuit Bootcamp with Jen Rohde, Thursdays at 7:00-7:45 a.m.Returning on 10/06/2016
